World Tails has just been founded and we are geared up to make a difference around the globe! I am Dr. Amber Hinson and I have been a veterinarian for 14 years. I have worked with many different species of animals from dogs and cats to horses, llamas, reptiles, birds, pocket pets and wildlife. I can’t choose a favorite! Over the years, I have been using my skills to assist other non-profit charities. I have now decided to start my own non-profit so I have more control as to who, what, where, when and how I can help.
Mission Statement: To provide veterinary services to all species of animals around the world through education, advocacy and community support and to ensure that no animal is turned away due to lack of financing.
So, whether it’s a wild animal trapped in a snare or a domestic animal that needs a life saving surgery, World Tails wants to be there to help. Since we are a brand new charity we need assistance with funding so we can get this project off the ground. Donations would be much appreciated and remember, they are tax deductible! Honestly, no amount is too small. Once some funding is obtained I will be looking for a project. Volunteers will be needed, no medical experience required; just a willingness to learn and to help those that cannot speak for themselves. Message me with any questions!
